HOW IT WORKS
Your Journey With Crunomic Housing
01 — Apply or Refer
Complete our online accommodation application or professional application form.
Tell us about the applicant’s housing circumstances, preferred location and housing-related support requirements.
02 — Initial Assessment
Our team reviews the information provided and considers the applicant’s needs, circumstances, risks and suitability for the service.
We may contact the applicant or referring professional for additional information.
03 — Accommodation Matching
If the applicant is suitable for our service, we will consider available accommodation that may meet their needs.
A referral or application does not automatically guarantee accommodation.
04 — Property Viewing
Where appropriate, the applicant will have an opportunity to discuss or view the proposed accommodation before accepting a placement.
05 — Move In
Once the relevant arrangements and documentation have been completed, the resident can move into their accommodation.
06 — Support & Progress
We work with the resident to identify appropriate housing-related goals and review progress during their stay.
The longer-term objective is to help residents become increasingly independent and, where appropriate, prepare for move-on accommodation.
