Simple Referral Process
01 — Refer
Complete our referral form with the applicant’s housing circumstances and support requirements.
02 — Assessment
We review the referral, considering needs, circumstances, risks and suitability.
03 — Accommodation
Where suitable accommodation is available, we will discuss the next steps and, where appropriate, arrange a viewing.
04 — Move In & Support
Following completion of the necessary arrangements, residents can move in and begin working towards their housing and independence goals.
Who Can Refer?
Referrals may be made by local authorities, housing teams, charities, support organisations, social care professionals and other appropriate professionals.
Please note: All referrals are subject to assessment, suitability and accommodation availability. A referral does not guarantee a placement.
